The Asynchronous Learning Program at St. John Henry Newman Academy (SJHNA) is designed for families who desire the structure and guidance of our classical curriculum while maintaining the flexibility of learning primarily at home.

In this option, parents serve as the primary instructors, following the same curriculum and academic scope used at SJHNA. Students complete lessons at home on their own schedule, while remaining connected to the school community through regular teacher support and accountability.

Each family meets with their assigned teacher once per week to review progress, discuss challenges, and receive guidance to ensure the student is successfully engaging with the material covered that week.

This model is ideal for families who travel, homeschool independently, or need a flexible academic structure while still benefiting from professional oversight and encouragement.

Program Includes:

• Curriculum guidance aligned with SJHNA coursework
• Weekly academic check-ins with a teacher
• Assignment review, grading, and individualized feedback

Tutoring is offered for a separate fee:

Families who would like additional support in specific subjects may schedule one-on-one tutoring through Renovatio Tutorial Services.

• $40 per 30-minute session
• $80 per 60-minute session
