St. John Henry Newman Academy operates as a non-profit, thus every dollar we receive goes directly back into our mission. Tuition is collected over a 10‑month school year, and all proceeds are used to cover the cost of our facility and to pay our teachers. This ensures that students have a safe, well‑equipped, and productive learning environment. By reinvesting all funds into our program, we are able to focus entirely on providing the highest quality education and support for our students. Enrollment is open year-round as space allows.

| Accelerated Track | Designed for advanced students who are ready to move at a faster pace and handle more challenging material. This track covers more content in a shorter time, allowing students to delve deeper into subjects and progress more quickly through grade levels. |
| Moderated Track | The standard pace for most students, offering a balanced workload and a steady progression through the curriculum. This track maintains the rigorous classical education framework while giving students the time they need to master each concept. |
| Simply Classical Track | Designed for students with special needs or those who benefit from a gentler, more individualized approach, this option is appropriate for learners who are able to participate in a classroom setting for the majority of the day with scheduled or as-needed breaks. The program preserves the beauty and richness of the classical tradition while incorporating built-in supports, repetition, and thoughtful modifications to help each student progress successfully at their own pace. |
| Special Needs Homeschool Support (Part-Time) | For students who are homeschooled at home and attend part-time for individualized and group support services, including an ISP, special education support, and speech, occupational, and physical therapy provided under an educational model. |
Academic Placement & Student Support
All students participate in an academic placement process as part of admissions. This includes a placement assessment and review of prior academic history to help us understand each child’s current skill level, learning profile, and areas of strength and growth. After registration, each student completes an additional assessment to determine the instructional level that best supports their success.
If assessment results indicate that a student requires additional academic or therapeutic support, participation in recommended support services will be required* to help ensure the student is appropriately supported and able to thrive within the classroom environment.
All new students participate in a 4–6 week trial period. During this time, the school evaluates student participation, classroom engagement, overall classroom impact, and the effectiveness of supports provided. Based on this evaluation, the school reserves the right to continue, modify, or discontinue a student’s placement.
In situations where significant or severe behavioral concerns are observed, students and their families may be placed on an individualized action plan to support student success and maintain a positive learning environment for the entire community.
*Students who require additional academic or therapeutic support services will incur a monthly support fee of $200–$350, as determined through BeneFAQ financial assessment results.
