Simple Practice for Communication

At St. John Henry Newman Academy, we use SimplePractice as our secure student records and communication platform. This allows us to maintain accurate records, protect sensitive information, and communicate efficiently with families.

Through SimplePractice, we securely maintain records related to:

  • Medical information and health documentation
  • Student behavior tracking and support plans
  • Individualized Support Plans (ISPs)
  • Accident and incident reports
  • Parent consent forms and other required documentation

SimplePractice also serves as a secure communication portal between families and the Academy. Parents may receive documents, complete and sign forms electronically, and exchange secure messages with Academy staff through the platform.

When appropriate, we also use SimplePractice to schedule and conduct parent meetings to discuss a student’s progress, educational supports, behavioral concerns, medical accommodations, or other matters related to their success at the Academy. This provides families with a confidential and convenient way to collaborate with our staff.

Our goal is to maintain organized, secure, and confidential student records while fostering open communication and a strong partnership with parents in supporting each child’s academic, developmental, and personal growth.
