Priority Enrollment Explanation

St. John Henry Newman Academy uses a priority enrollment process in order to best serve returning families and to plan appropriately for staffing and classroom placements.

Enrollment priority is granted in the following order:

  1. Spring Enrollees (Current Students)
    Students enrolled during the Spring term receive first priority for available seats.
  2. Families Registering for Both Summer and Fall Programs
    After Spring enrollees, priority is given to families who register for both the Summer Program and Fall enrollment.
  3. Fall-Only Registrations
    Remaining seats are then offered to families registering for Fall only.

Because enrollment is limited, we encourage families to register as early as possible to secure placement.

Open to children ages 3 to 14 (8th grade)

Summer Program Dates: June 1- August 14, 2026

Summer Program Time: 8:00 AM-3:30 PM

Before/After School Reading Club: 7:00-8:00 AM, 3:45-5:00 PM ($2.00 every 15 minutes, billed at end of month)

Summer Tuition (1st payment due June 1, 2026)

  • Full-time Enrollment: $800 per child, per month*
    • Additional Therapy Services: $200 per child, per month
      • Example: One full-time student receiving therapy services = $1,000 per month
  • Sibling Discount-
    • Second child (3%): $776 per month
    • Third child (5%): $760 per month
    • Fourth child (7%): $744 per month
    • Fifth child (10%): $720 per month
      • Example: Second full-time student/sibling receiving therapy services = $976 per month

*August is a half-month so tuition will be half the usual cost.

  • Part-time Enrollment: Breaks down to $45 per child, per day (families may select one day per week for the full 11-week summer session (for example, all Mondays or all Tuesdays). If you would like your child to attend two days per week, you may select two days; however, registration is for the entire 11-week series and cannot be scheduled week-by-week.)

No supply-fee will be required up-front but a supply list will be released prior to June.

A non-refundable registration fee is required at the time of enrollment and holds your child’s spot in the Summer Program.

Optional activity fees may vary depending on which enrichment opportunities or extracurricular events a student participates in. While tuition covers the core summer program, additional fees may apply for special activities not included in tuition, such as guest speakers, special events, workshops, or other extracurricular opportunities.

  • Friday Adoration (optional)
